We review home collection requests at seasonal residences. Provide the address area, requested date and collection instructions so we can assess availability and the required arrangements.
Can my personal assistant arrange the visit?
Your assistant can help coordinate the inquiry and access details. We still need the appropriate patient involvement, collection instructions and confirmation of the appointment arrangements.
Can you collect a kit supplied by my doctor?
We can review the kit before agreeing to the visit. Collection timing, supplies, processing needs and laboratory handoff requirements determine whether the request can be accommodated.
