We review referrals for home, office, hotel, and other approved-location appointments across New York City, Long Island, the Hamptons, and the Tri-State area.
Collection support for your patients
Requests may include routine physician-ordered bloodwork, specialty laboratory kits, recurring collections, and timed visits. We also support appointment arrangements for older adults, patients with limited mobility, and people who benefit from a calm collection setting.
Each referral is reviewed for the order, required materials, collection instructions, and receiving laboratory arrangements.
A clear referral process
Before services begin, we agree on who supplies the order or kit, how patients are contacted, the required authorizations, and specimen handoff responsibilities.
With appropriate authorization, we coordinate appointment details with your designated staff. Laboratory testing and clinical interpretation remain with the laboratory and ordering provider.
Experience relevant to patient care
Founder Christibell Alphonso is an NHA nationally certified phlebotomist whose background includes eight years in outpatient oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering and Department of Health field tuberculosis exposure testing.
Lite Touch is fully insured and holds MBE/WMBE and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey business certifications.
