Mobile Specimen Collection for Specialty Laboratories
Help clients access the collection your test requires
A specialty testing kit is only useful when the client can arrange the required collection. Lite Touch provides mobile specimen collection support for specialty laboratories and their clients in New York City, Long Island, the Hamptons, and the Tri-State area.
We review laboratory instructions before accepting an assignment, including materials, timing, preparation, and any handling requirements.
Collection planned around your kit
An agreed assignment may include blood collection, specimen labeling, collection documentation, and coordination of the handoff to the receiving laboratory. Recurring client appointments may also be discussed.
Processing, temperature control, packaging, shipping, or other requirements must be identified and confirmed in advance. We accept assignments only when the required capabilities and arrangements have been established.
Define responsibilities before the appointment
We clarify who supplies the order and kit, what the patient needs to do beforehand, how the specimen will be transferred, and who pays for the collection. Your laboratory retains responsibility for testing and result reporting.
Patients receive clear appointment information. Your designated laboratory contact has an agreed route for collection questions or unexpected issues.
Professional collection experience
Lite Touch is fully insured and led by an NHA nationally certified phlebotomist with more than 18 years of hands-on experience. MBE/WMBE and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey certifications support the company’s business credentials.
Discuss your laboratory's collection needs
Share the kit instructions, anticipated locations, visit frequency, and required handling steps.
Specialty kit collection questions
Can you collect for my laboratory’s kit?
Yes, send the laboratory name and kit instructions through the agreed communication method. We review the materials, collection steps and specimen handling requirements before confirming support. A collection appointment does not imply a formal partnership with the testing laboratory.
Can processing or shipping be included?
Yes, describe the required processing, packaging, temperature and shipping instructions before scheduling. We confirm which activities can be included and who is responsible for each step. Out-of-state delivery will require additional cost.
