Tailored Services for Diverse Needs

At Lite Touch, we recognize the unique healthcare needs of various communities and medical fields. Our in-home phlebotomy services and blood draw services cater to a wide range of patients, including those undergoing therapeutic phlebotomy, participating in clinical trials, or belonging to the LGBT community, Orthodox communities, and more.

We also specialize in providing services to patients with specific requirements, such as those seeking PRP facials, individuals under the care of infectious disease specialists, fertility specialists, naturopathic doctors, and many others.

Concierge Specimen Collection

Lite Touch MPS was created by Founder and Lead Phlebotomist Christibell Alphonso, who decided in 2021 to become a part of the solution in the heathcare profession. She has over a decade of experience as a Nationally Certified Phlebotomist servicing institutions such as Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

There has become a large gap in the provision of medical services to patients that have mobility and time restrictions. Due to Covid-19, it has been extremely difficult for patients to receive their standing blood draw orders administered in a timely fashion.

Our expertise extends to servicing geriatric patients, individuals with special needs, and those experiencing anxiety about blood draws. By offering a patient-centric approach, we ensure that every visit is conducted with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism, making the experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Expanding Reach for Out-of-State Patients

Recognizing the growing demand for specialized in-home phlebotomy services, Lite Touch has extended its services to accommodate patients outside of New York State. Understanding that access to high-quality phlebotomy services can be limited in certain areas, we are committed to providing our expertise to those in need, even if it means traveling beyond our usual service areas. This expansion ensures that patients, regardless of their location, can receive the professional care and convenience that Lite Touch is known for, all at the cost of the patient to ensure accessibility and flexibility.

Serving a Wide Range of Medical Specializations

Lite Touch's services are invaluable across various medical specializations, including oncology, oral surgery, plastic surgery, sports medicine, hospice care, nephrology, nutrition, and more. Our team is adept at handling specific needs such as QuantiFERON draws, homebound patient services, Lyme disease testing, and stat draws, ensuring timely and accurate results for both patients and healthcare providers.

Specializing in Geriatric and Anxiety-Prone Patients

We take pride in our specialization in serving geriatric patients and individuals with anxiety about blood draws. Our phlebotomists are trained to provide gentle, patient-centered care, making the process as comfortable and reassuring as possible. Understanding the unique challenges faced by these groups, we employ techniques and approaches that minimize stress, discomfort, and anxiety, thereby improving the overall experience for patients and their families.
